Learning

Ages of the children at the school range from 4 years to 11 years. For all ages small teaching groups allow close interaction between staff and pupils enabling each child’s needs to be monitored and responded to quickly. Teaching strategies include a combination of whole class teaching and investigative learning. Using modern resources and complementary facilities, St. Georges is able to provide a challenging academic environment relevant to all pupils.

Pastoral issues are also of key importance; St. Georges is an interdenominational school and a keen sense of morality and individual self-discipline are promoted throughout the school. We encourage home/school partnerships with parents as it is our firm belief that this is of benefit to all concerned.
